The TAFi Awards.
An annual celebration of the people whose work makes athletics more inclusive. An evening for the athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers and leaders moving athletics forward, off the track as much as on it.
A quiet room for the people who make athletics possible, whether you stand on a podium or not, and the ones whose work only shows in the performances of others.
The TAFi Awards recognises the athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers and leaders shaping a more open sport. One evening, a inclusive room, and a night built around the work that usually goes unnamed.
Event Overview
TAFi is proud to bring the Track And Field Inclusion Awards for 2026, a landmark event celebrating the power of inclusion and community in athletics in partnership with UK Athletics.
The TAFi Awards is the only national event of its kind in athletics recognising the sport’s complete ecosystem, and shining a spotlight on the coaches, officials, physiotherapists, administrators, and media professionals who make athletics the world’s most inclusive sport.
Target Audience
Our primary audience includes athletes, coaches, sports organisations, sponsors, and community leaders who are passionate about diversity and inclusion in Track and Field.
TAFi will shine a light on those whose love for the sport ultimately sustains it.
While it wouldn’t be what it is without the superstar athletes, TAFi will also celebrate and award the multitude of people that enable Track and Field to be the internationally recognised sport that it is.
