Shaping the future of inclusive athletics.

TAFi (Track and Field Inclusion) is a year-round platform for the stories, people and events that move the sport forward. We produce, gather and celebrate all in one place.

Positioning

We are a platform, a community movement and a heritage archive dedicated to the people who make athletics more inclusive.

For too long, inclusive athletics has been remembered through medals alone. TAFi exists to preserve, celebrate and amplify everyone in-between, the volunteers, coaches, officials, parents and athletes whose quiet decisions shaped the sport.

The three pillars

One organisation. Three ways in.

The Awards are one part of a wider TAFi ecosystem, alongside a growin platform and a national community programme.

01 — Media

Where stories are published.

News, long-form Stories, a podcast series, opinion and research. We are a year-round editorial platform for inclusive athletics.

02 — Community

Where impact happens.

Community projects, heritage work, story collection and a permanent Public Archive built with clubs across Britain.

03 — Events

Where the community comes together.

The Awards, the annual Forum and live experiences that convene athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers and clubs.
Featured project

The People's Track.

An eighteen-month community heritage project recording the volunteers, officials, coaches and athletes who built a more inclusive sport — before their stories disappear.
